Can you exclude someone from your Will? 

my original will was made without my knowledge and was tricked into signing it. i'm rewriting it to benefit only charity it shall be witnessed by a social worker and current health professional and posted with 2 solicitors

Or not add them at all I know who I got in my will and my associates ted and angela have my will and only will !!!

If excluding a child, the parent should be required to hold a meeting with lawyers present at the time of making the Will. If not it should all be equally divided
