I just found out I'm pregnant with baby number 3 and I have PCOS. It took us a long time, and I'm sure the detoxes from Fertility Homeopath helped a lot as well. My husband and I took our last plastic detox the day I found out I was pregnant (We'd already done the heavy metals and fertility drug detoxes). Thank you Ingefleur for putting this information out there and available

That is just fantastic news Heidi! Congratulations, I'm so happy for you! And with the detoxes you did, you will know this baby will have such a fantastic start with less baggage! Wishing you the very best for your pregnancy.

I became a mom at 17 & 18 and of course had no issues at the time 😓 I’m now 34 & we had been trying for about 4 months with no luck. After many lab test done, I was diagnosed with PCOS, low progesterone & “highish” prolactin levels this past May. I’ve been doing travel nursing for 9 months now, but we’re finally at the end of my contract! That means it’s finally time to put that letrozole to use! Hoping for our miracle baby soon ♥️ The only thing that helps is that I’m a nicu nurse, so I’m around babies all the time! I always look forward to your videos! Thank you for all that you do!

With my experience with PCOS, it just delays my cycle in terms of trying to get pregnant. Sometimes my cycle goes to 70+ days, sometimes 50+, but consistently for me since high school it's always been around 35-52 days. I do have insulin resistance, as well as every year or so my ovaries will get a bit cystic. But not all the time, Surprisingly enough for as many times as I've planned to get pregnant, I haven't had trouble getting pregnant. It just takes me a lot longer because I would test every day until I got my surge which can be annoying and skipping one day can really throw everything off. Taking prenatals, I also take metformin, vitamin c as well as vitamin d has helped as well. Back in July, my husband and I decided on going for one last child. I didn't ovulate till the beginning of september so there was a lot of testing involved, over 50 actually. However with testing, perfectly times baby dancing, which only happened once on the day of my surge because he then went away for a week the day after, I found out I am pregnant again as of last Sunday. I say this to say, please don't get discouraged. When I was diagnosed and years after all different OBs told me it would be difficult to near impossible to get pregnant and I have proved them wrong every time since. I have no problem getting pregnant, just takes a bit longer in my cycle then average. If anything, I feel like I get pregnant even more frequently because with 5 pregnancies they have all happened on the first try. Take care of yourselves, find a doctor educated in the matter because for whatever reason PCOS isn't common knowledge these years which makes no sense. A doctor educated on PCOS goes a long way and I truly believed that is why I have gotten so many successes. To treat, educated, monitor and whatnot a long my journey. Wishing everyone the best of luck.

Hello. Have you tried going on the ketogenic diet? My PCOS wasn't medically diagnosed but when I went keto because of my diabetic mom, my own period because regular for the first time ever! It was such a blessing of an unexpected effect.

Great info as always! I find charting especially helpful and empowering for women with PCOS. Longer cycles are often confusing without knowing what exactly is going on, so knowing when and if the woman ovulates is a deal breaker. 💕

I'm so glad you're saying this because lots of women are disheartened with charting while I think it SHOULD be empowering as you write!!

Thank you for this video. I am 34 trying for a few months and I know I have PCOS. I have high testosterone and I do get me cycles every month but they're not the same sometimes I bleed for 2 days or 5 days. I also have 34-35 cycle days each month. I do have a little hair growth and stress. I've never been on birth control.. I want don't want to lose hope. I do have a hormonal imbalance/insulin resistance. I am at normal weight.

That's so frustrating isn't it Veronica, but yes don't lose hope because you absolutely CAN get pregnant with PCOS even naturally. I hope this month's videos help you take that next step!

My weight is under control and my facial hair is at a low. But I’ve always had it ever since my early 20s. I’m 41 now lol I’ve definitely given up lol after years of miscarriages and just nonsense. I’m okay with not having my own child. I have a big family maybe one day a younger cousin or niece doesn’t want her baby lo but I’m okay now. I think that’s important to do ladies. Definitely don’t lose hope but do not kill yourself along the way xoxo 😘 stay strong ladies

Even after 3 weeks i feel fatigue like I've never felt before. When i was a teenager i was diagnosed with pcos. My ob said next time i get pregnant they will do progesterone

I have googled for hours now and can’t find the answers to this, maybe you can help me? I had covid for two weeks and my ovulation became very late because of this. I am now on CD25 and haven’t been able to confirm. I take LG test twice a day and take my bbt. So three days ago my bbt started to rise, not much but enough to make a difference and at the same time by LG test became to get stronger. Did I ovulate when my temperature rose? And why is my Lh test showing more colour now, they have been dead negative until now? Xxx
