Paul McCartney was arrested in 1980 in Japan. Paul's band Wings had just arrived in Japan for an extensive tour when it was discovered that Paul was in possession of marijuana. He was arrested for 9 days and was lucky to avoid a 7 year jail sentence for drug smuggling. The tour was cancelled and the Band broke up shortly after.

The picture of Paul McCartney has a big mistake if you know more about Germany. We use meter and kilogrammes. So it couldn't be true. ^^ And yeah as far as I know we don't really have public pictures of criminals. Only when the police are officially searching for someone and they have these pictures, it is possible that they show it. But otherwise nope nothing like that here.
