23 out of 50. I remembered and recognised all of the faces. But I was still less than ten years old in the 60's and all of the photo's were of the celebrities when they were younger than when I got to know them more in the 1970's and 1980's.
44 out of 50 not bad for an Aussie. Didn't recognize Cher in her youth or Carson as he was not on TV here. Thank goodness for reruns of classic movies and art studies.
35/50 That was fun, although my brain got tired of sorting out the faces after awhile lol. But I'm really surprised at some of them that I got correct since they were such young photos of them! Enjoyed it!
Born in 1959 got thirty names right and about 10 more I recognized but couldn’t remember their names like Ursala Andres and, forgive me, Richard Burton.
I missed 10, but some were so young it threw me off, like Jack Nicholson, Cher, Jane Fonda & Priscilla Presley. Have to admit Neil Armstrong was a guess, but i surprised myself knowing Andy Warhol immediately, then was disappointed missing Picasso. This was good fun. I subbed & am keen to do more so thanks muchly. 👍
Can name these 1970s celebrities Farrah Fawcett Jack Nicholson Gerald Ford Jimmy Carter Michael Landon Margaret thatcher Linda ronstadt Barry Manilow Elton John Robert Redford Alan Alda Walter Mondale Roger Moore ( James Bond ) James Garner Peter falk Donna summer Goldie hawn
That was great fun. I didn't recognize Zza Gabor and Truman Capote that young. I got 45/50. I knew the faces but couldn't remember the names Thank you so much.😄
I misses 17, embarrassing. I cannot get my brain to process the faces from all those artists from my past. Could be early dementia, caused from all my early self destruction. I love the music.
Me too. But it was a before surgery pic sooo, understandable. Missed Jack Nicholson too cause he was so young. Didn't even look like he did in Easy Rider.
missed 8-thanks for a fun quiz-apparently not a great score but if the pics.had been more personality specific eg Ursula in Dr.No then I might not have done any better but I would not have cared🤓🤪💗
29 correct. but only 6 of the 21 I missed were ones I flat out didn't recognise. The others I knew the faces, but couldn't come up with the name under 10 seconds.
I knew all of them except Simone. But I won't admit how many I could actually name from a glance at the photo. My recall seems to extend to breakfast... um... I mean lunch (fortunately I'm having lunch now).
I am 68. I got 38 correct. I knew who everyone was after seeing the names except for Nina Simone. On two of them Warhol and Capote I only remember them from older photos. And as for Picasso, I don't recall seeing a photo of him. The others I missed I just drew a blank on their names.
Great quiz! I just subscribed to your channel! I got 18 wrong. The only person in the quiz that I didn't recognize the name of was Diana Riggs. I'll have to look her up!
That was my first response too. Mrs. Peel. But I got the name in time. She also played the part of James Bond's only wife. "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"
@@lesliewells1062 Just the one. The guy that played Bond in that movie only played the part in that movie. I can't remember his name at the moment. George something I think. They got married atcthe end of the movie. I think Telly Savalos plays the villian. At the beginning of one of Roger Moore's movies Bond is visiting her grave. I can't remember the name of that movie either. Sorry.
@@susanyoung5447 To be honest--I have never watched a Bond movie all the way through. I find them incredibly boring and I fall asleep--on the rare occasions I have tried to watch one because someone else wanted to. I don't find the action and the sex that he engages in interesting. From the little I've seen, there is almost no character development. I don't like spy movies or action movies. A lot to people think the movies I like are boring--and I'm sure none of them ever grossed as much as a Bond movie!! LOL!!
I was born in 1963 and only missed three answers. One was Truman Capote because I was too young to read his books, and the other was Candace Bergen but only because my first thought was Mariel Hemingway (whoops my bad) and the third was Nina Simone (I was thinking more like civil rights activist, not singer). I'll bet a lot of people couldn't name Indira Gandhi, but I remember her time as Indian PM before being assassinated by her own guards. Anyway thanks for a well presented tasteful quiz. I'll be back for more. =)
@@eddiechase9691 Nina Simone is a great jazz singer and pianists. Trained at Julliard for classical piano, she transitioned to jazz. A song you might know of hers, from the recent Tomas Crown Affair..."Sinner Man."
I missed 5 also. I actually knew 49 of them, but I didn't recognize 4 of them from their photos. I guess I'm used to seeing those whom I didn't recognize in photos from when they were much older. The last one, I didn't know at all, not even after they gave her name. I still have no idea who she is.
I missed 9. A bunch of them I was going "Is that supposed to be * ?" The pictures were not very good. The picture of Annette Funicello didn't look like her at all. Being black and white didn't help. Other pictures I knew who they were but couldn't remember their name in time, or else I only remembered their last name.
