My son is enjoying the Army. He joined for 6 years as a (15T - Blackhawk Helicopter maintainer) and shipped Jan 3, 2023. He enjoyed his BCT experience at Ft. Jackson and was given a merit promotion from E-2 to E-3. He is now in AIT at Ft. Eustis. I am retired Army and enjoy watching your videos.My boy says he has been impressed by the NCOs.

All these videos were so helpful and was able to get an MOS I was interested in 68Q- Pharmacy Specialist and with your Grammar Hero Reccomendation I was able to get a 93 AFQT Score last week. Thank you so much for all this info you're putting out.

I saw a video but can't find it now it listed transportation pickup points for new recruits and it was very specific. It only bothered me because it showed images of videoed suicides and violence before that. none of those were of military though all civilian the video disappeared or I can't find it now. Stay safe

If you academically fail, they may offer you a reclass but you don’t get a say so in what the Army will reclass you to. Could be better or could be worse…

Hello, asking for my daughter she qualified for 35l Counterintelligence but it's not available she has criminal justice and Sociology and a masters in economic criminal forensics. MY QUESTION is can Meps push her into CI? That is really what she wants. Thanks in advance.

MEPS can’t but the guidance counselors can check the day she’s contracting to see if there’s any slots and training seats. If she’s adamant about going CI (assuming going active duty), she can wait it out until it becomes available. She has her double major and her Masters and she meets the scores. I hope that if it's filled, the counselor can move her in to it. Her top 3 were alread unavailable. How long is the typical wait time?

It's easy when the army get rid of a MOS was a 13W and reclass to 13S.

Man I took Asvab and scored 31 😭 my line score sucked that I only qualified for band members, but my recruiter told I can get few points to get another mos I scored high on on CL

Hello sfc Swartz, wondering if you’ve seen this situation before, currently in ait with an mos that has a security clearance, let’s say I become mos q but something came up in my background check and I lose my clearance. So I reclass to a new mos, will I be treated as a mos-t or mos-i soldier given that I have no time in the big army but have qualified on my original mos? Is it case by case ? Or is there a set rule or guideline in this situation?

It’s up to your unit commander or at the end of your contract you’ll negotiate it. I believe I covered this within the video. Good luck!

If you’re currently in Regular Army, I’m pretty confident you’ll do AIT. If you’re Reserve you could do AIT or a part time school method similar to the Guard where you do a few weeks here n there done in possible phases. The Guard will send you through the RTI/Regional Training Institute. Again in a few weeks or if in multiple phases a few weeks here n there. In my opinion, they do this to save money on BAH. If i want to reclass to a different MOS with a higher GT score, would that be denied? Im an 88M but i want to reclass into a 25B and i know my score was low before i joined

Sir. I ship out on 2/12 army active duty as 19D. I would like to have a secondary mos. Do i have to go for a mos that requires a similar skill set or knowledge? Or can i shoot for something completely different?
