Lance, I've been watching Hoffman for the past few years, and I just ran into your channel a few months ago. I've come across many other coffee channels, but your channel has become my other regular source of coffee expertise. You two are my go-to's. What I love about you more than Hoffman, is that you can find merits in all styles of coffee roasts, even those on the medium to dark roast for specialty beans. Hoffman often can't be unbiased with that analysis, and I love your different perspectives and views. You both are huge fountains of knowledge, and I want to thank you for all you do by helping put a smile on faces around the world every morning with a good cup of coffee. I work for a multinational company. All of my off time is spent on coffee… I love your data driven videos. They are so informational. I wish I could hang out with you for a week or so and talk coffee.

So that's why I identify so much with your videos and the way you make them. I also have ADHD and I also feed on what is the target of my hyperfocus. I’ve got a Ph.D. in a field far from coffee, but I share with you your enthusiasm for scientific data and how to interpret it. So, I just have more and more reasons to continue following your work. I've only found your videos a few days ago and am completely hooked! Having been into coffee for a while now, watching James and Morgan, finally RU-vid brought me to you. I so very much enjoy every video, enjoy the funny times, the singing times, and everything in between. I'm an artist myself(As are you) so it's in my nature to send feedback... With all that praise, the only criticism I can think of, is the candid style video shots. I'm not a fan, never have been, but I'm probably in a minority there.

But it tamps at 20lb which, as far as I've seen is the bear minimum to tamp. Should I get a Pullman for example to do a second tamp?
