No probs Ronnie !!! Thanks for watching Take a look at my social media you’ll see more photos from Canada & more videos to come !!! Next one is tonight
Stunning final image, Brett. Once again, I enjoyed "traveling" with you (via the video), scouting for compositions. Lots of good tips from you, too. Seeing the Castle Mountain area is amazing and then to treat my senses by hearing the river was wonderful. Thank you for the effort it takes to make these videos. Cheers, Sharynn.
Someone just got attacked by a Cougar in that spot in the last week or so and area was closed last week. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the river and a few trains that go by...
Thanks for the great video. We were there in late September. I couldn’t figure out how to get down to the river. Had to settle for a shot from the highway. Still Castle Mountain was one of my favorites of our trip.
You had some great light to work with on your trip, Brett! Beautiful images! Glad to see that you had the bear spray. Not sure if you heard, but at some point last Fall, two hikers were killed by a grizzly just Northeast of Banff somewhere out in the backcountry. They had followed all of the rules, but the theory was that the bears were starving a bit this year as there weren't as many berries, etc for them to feed on. It might have been right around the time that you were out there. Glad you made it back to New Zealand safely!
Hi there mate, Thanks as always for watching, yes I heard that story, that was actually on the last day that I was in Canada. We only saw one black bear near Jasper.
Hi Brett, very cool to see you in my “backyard”. Beautiful images of castle mtn. I have great memories and pics from your NZ workshop in late November.; thank you and Lisa for a great experience. HS.😊
Great shots Brett! You can't help but have a good time and successful shoot in a place like Banff - or anywhere in the Rockies. I have get out there again sometime soon. Unfortunately, I'm on the opposite side of the country. Out on the East Coast in Nova Scotia. Anyway, keep up the great work and keep the videos coming. Cheers mate!
