Hi sir, thank you for the information. I have a question: On a study permit, while studying my current course, can I take up one more program from a different college in the same city or there's a limit on the number of programs an international student can do at a time?

I have a question Kubeir. I studied 5 semesters in my Electrical Engineering Technology with 3 co-op work terms. I studied from September 2019 to April 2022. Will it count as 3 year diploma program and will I get additional points?

Sir- Seeking your valuable thoughts - There was a flight delay when I originally came to Canada and stayed in London for less than 24 hours.. Do I need to mention it too in personal as well as addres history section ? Also,any explanation required for this? Thankyouuuuuuuu Sir :)

Hello Kubeir, I am a Personal Support Worker Student and graduating in August and I also have a job offer in this field. What is the right thing for me to do? is this pilot program still going to be available later? for example, if I have to get one year of experience and then apply in 2025. Any suggestions for me as a student in this field, what should I do next? Should I move to a different province where there is easy PR? Your advice is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey Kubeir, for 2024, please share your opinion about French draws, is it still worthy to learn totally new language from scratch? especially for people above 30s whose NOC aren't in any Federal category and havig current score in 460s?

HI Sir, thanks for the information as always! Needed a clarification. With 512 score we are anticipating ITA in the near future. I applied for Pcc from inside Canada for India. The purpose was put was Work permit. I got my PCC today. Can this be used for applying when we get ITA in the future? My concern is that PCC states its for work permit purposes.

I have a query sir, my FSW application was submitted on 28 October in transport category (ITA-20 SEPT) , but till today I haven't got BIL or any update in my GC key. Although I got AOR immediately, I m worried about the processing time. So what should I do to calm my anxiety? And what are the resons for this delay? Even FSW outland with AOR october 1st still haven't got BIL or medical. Updates probably will pop up in january 2024.

Hi Sir, Hope you are doing good.Need your advice- Can we remove the work experience after ITA for trade occupation? I have documents it's just thinking to remove non-trade exp as CRS are above cutoff. How should I explain in LOE?? Does tie breaking rule matter if you have high crs score in top like 500?? Please give me advice.

Tie breaking rule applies only to the cutoff score in that specific draw.

@@AskKubeir for example: meaning cut off score is 490 draw happens -15 January 2024. Tie breaking rule - 9th November 2023. I created profile 8 January 2024 with high crs 500 so will I get invited ??

Hello sir. I am here in Canada on a visitor visa and i want to apply to take care of elderly or children. I worked in Hongkong as domestic helper more tha 2 decades ago so i won't be able to get a certification from my past employer there as it was a very long long time ago already. Hello! Thank you for your informative videos. I just have this query which I hope you can help me with. I am currently a temporary resident here in BC with a work permit under home support worker program. I have a pre-approved permanent resident applicstion with the exception of the 12 months working experience. By June 2024, I can already submit proofs of my working experience to continue the process of my PR. However, I have a fiancé back home in the Philippines. What can be the best course of action to do? Should we get married right after I receive my PR then sponsor him? Can I sponsor after 1 month of our marriage? Or should we get married then submit the proofs of working experience together with the requirements to add him as a spouse? Please advise me on this. Thank you so much.

Both options are open. U can get married now and add him to your ongoing PR application. Or you can first become PR and then get married and then sponsor him

Sir our concern is that we submitted our file under Home Support Worker pilot(44101) in March 2022 In September 2023 we have done our medical exam. Then also ircc requested to submit RPRF. FEE . We submitted it to ircc . So now last month we received a procedural fairness letter from ircc. Ircc mentioned in this letter that your offer of employment is an agency or business. But we need only individual or single employer. So sir we are so worried how this is happened. Sir kindly help us in this situation this is our future.
