I said 308 stainless but it’s 304 SS and BC is .410

I would literally pay money to see a gel block and accuracy test on this cartridge. Preferably from both a 16" & 12".

Barnes has made an 85gr 5.56 load for a long time. Never was able to chrono any but I’ve shot 200 rounds of it from a 10.5” barrel. Was more effective on soft targets than m193, as you’d imagine since m193 won’t frag much at the velocities a 10.5” barrel produces. It’s hard to imagine this 85gr load shooting just as fast as a 77gr black hills tmk load in a 16” barrel. If it does, I’ll be impressed and trying some out for my 16” criterion mk12 barreled spr.

I thought steel casing does more wear to the chamber compared to brass casing. That will happen with these right?

I'll try it in a 7.5 and an 18
