A woman is an adult female human being, you can change a man into a TRANSwoman but you can never change a man into a woman, if you removed the stripes on a tiger and replaced them with leopard spots, you still have a tiger.

Gender does not come before biological sex, born male always male, born female always female, sure you can identify as either but doesn't mean you are what you say you are. Same as Tom's comment. I have a cat, if i dress it as a pig is it a pig or still a cat.
