You can remove the handle and fit a rechargable drill to relieve you from having to turn the handle manually. Run the drill on slow speed and just feed the beans through the cutter.

I have a little hand held frencher that I bought over 20 years ago. It ribbons 1 bean at a time. But I can french them really fast. I just put them in and pull it thru the little blades. Really easy to use. Already made up a bunch of jars.

French style green beans are the best tasting being there store botton that is. So I’m starting to plant my own green beans that I have growing but I am not sure whether or not I should blanch them or Raw pack them

OK so I re-watched your video again and yes you do blanchable now do you think there’s a big taste difference in blanching versus raw packing this is a big question for me

Why are you blanching them? I just fill the jar with the french green beans like if I left them whole or snapped. Your pressure canning them. And I just stuff them down and dont have a problem.

I have a big question for you. I can green beans I French cut them through their French green beans now I’ve blanched them before do you prefer Blanchan him first or do you prefer raw packing? Does it matter in taste at all?

I don’t why you would cook beans ahead of time to pack. Pack cold beans in hot jars, and process once. Otherwise you are losing even more of food value. Processing is 240 degrees for 20 minutes.. all they need.

Everyone has there preferred method of canning vegetables. I like blending them so I can fit more in the jar.
