I love making zucchini relish!! I love that tool you use to move the zucchini mixture around. I know some people shred their zucchini with relish but I chop mine too! Have a great weekend!!

12/16/2020 - I am watching some of your old videos tonight. This one is particularly interesting. In the summer I always drive 40 minutes south to Amish Country for a lot of things.
