Yes! We are loving it on red hot dogs! 😍 That's funny Rob is not a fan of zucchini either! But when I had him try the relish he said hey! This doesn't taste like zucchini! 😂 And he loves it! I also turned some into apple pie filling which he also loved! There are so many things you can do with zucchini besides eating zucchini! Lol.
Yes I see a lot of folks who shred! My mom might have done it that way I can't quite remember. But for some reason I really like the way it comes out with the little dices and the chopper made it a lot faster and easier than if I'd done it by hand! I did shred a bunch for zucchini bread 😋
