Ok, if you can use wonton wraps, egg roll wraps or fresh lasagna for "cannoli" chips, why couldn't you those items then to wrap the tubes for cannoli and stuff them with the cheese fillings??
I can personally attest to the fact that their Cannoli are wonderful with a cup of their espresso! One of our fav restaurants for authentic Italian in Nashville!
+Pedro Silva This is the point ... it's for amateurs! If one wants a demonstration of the pro recipe, then there are tons of other videos on it. Or may be there would be one on this (Coco's Italian Market and Restaurant) channel since he *IS* a professional baker with a business in TN.
@@---om5vg this IS a tutorial for Amateurs!! A CLASS FOR THE BEGINNER CANNOLI MAKERS!! So they can get the feel for making them. Gosh! Newbies got to start somewhere. I use a rolling pin AND I make my own tubes! I'm not rich! There's hundreds of cannoli videos on RU-vid, pretty much all the same if you want to give those a go. If you're already doing the original Sicilian thing, then why bother? I only watch them for new creative ideas or just to watch! It's fun!
