Great video thx! But there is a question; i want use rf lenses on my ef suitable aps-c camera. Is it possible to use with opposite type of this adapter?

Thank you! Unfortunately RF lenses will not work with EF mount cameras. The flange distance on RF glass is 20mm and on EF it’s 44mm and that essentially makes it impossible. Canon’s goal is to eventually transition entirely away from EF to RF so their system isn’t backwards compatible like that. They want EF users to buy R series cameras and this adapter allows their existing lenses to make that transition to RF.

sir Im am using R7 so can I use efs lenses also or it supports only ef lenses.

This adapter will work with EF and EF-S lenses on any RF mount body, including the R7.

No. Due to the shorter flange distance of the RF lenses, they will only work on EOS R series cameras. This adapter makes EF and EF-S lenses compatible with the RF mount to use on the R series cameras. It’s purpose is to make the transition from EF mount cameras to RF mount easier so people won’t have to buy all new glass.
