Thank you. Its work. For other that have trouble to make the printer into service mode, just pull the power plug, let printer power drain off. After that, push as the 3 button as the video do while plugged in back the power cord.

I have G4111 with firmware version 1.04 at work. I had hold the start button *first* and *then* press the stop button 6 times. After that, everything is exactly as in the video.

It worked for me too. Count the number and the timing of the button presses on the video and do exactly what he did and it works.

N P - Muito Obrigado e Deus lhe abençoe. E ainda o cara não fala nada e resolve o problema. No meu caso deu o erro 5200 após corrigir o 5B00. Bastou desligar e ligar a impressora.
