so let me see if I understand this correctly there is no panel to remove things that inadvertently fall into the paper tray. This creates issues as now it is permanently stuck in the paper tray and if it creates the JAM the printer itself is now unusable. I am so tired of companies trying to error proof it always makes products less able to be repaired and this is fundamentally problematic from a usability perspective.

Hi :) Everytime I try to print something it jams. I don't need to learn how to remove jammed paper. I need to learn to fix it so it stops jamming. Is there a video that shows how to do this? I live i Canada
Hi! To avoid paper jams, you'll want to make sure you're using paper that meets certain specifications. Your PIXMA TS3320 is designed to use paper from 17 to 28 lb (64 to 105 g/m²), with a minimum size of 3.50" x 5.00" (89.0 mm x 127.0 mm) and a maximum size of 8.50" x 26.61" (215.9 mm x 676.0 mm). Paper that doesn't fit within these specifications can cause jams. If you need additional help and you live in Canada, then we recommend contacting our colleagues at Canon Canada for assistance. You'll find them on the web at canon.ca Hope this helps!
The white part that's on top of the paper @ the 1:19 time stamp I had to lift to get part of a cookie out. It didn't come out but fell to the bottom but it works now. It would not budge before.

A piece of paper got caught as it was feeding in my TS322 the 3rd tim I used it. The printer said it had a paper jam so I looked all over and through the printer. There is no paper!! Now the paper wont feed. It will pull paper in less than a inch and it gets stuck on the third (wheel). I believe that was the problem all along. Now Im out $50. This is the second Canon Ive bought and both ended badly.

Yes I know. I am very computer literate. I even went as far as removing the top of the scanner. (I also have technical knowledge). There was no paper. But thank you for replying. I was forced once again to go buy another Canon because just as last time I had just bought ink so I was even limited as to what product I could get. Walmart never keeps a good supply on printers anymore.

I bought this printer ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi

Worst printer i've ever had. Everything is a nightmare, from trying to print, constantly having to use my location to print, constant errors, printer messages of jammed even if nothing is in the printer, low ink even if the cartridge is still full, printer spool error, printer blocked even if nothing is inside...garbage!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!
