Puuuurrrrfect printer girlie! Mine came about 3 days ago and it gave me the blues trying to install it on my iMac, but a day later- I fixed it. Got that bad girl running perfectly. It’s so pretty sitting in my all pink office. 🥰 Oh and you just gained yourself a new subscriber! 💞

@@SophieHewlett Let me see if I can recall this right... after you install the printer software onto your computer, you’ll then go to your printer settings and add your printer. It should work after you do that. Oohh make sure your firewall is enabled. That’s what was messing me up in the beginning.

great video! i just bought this printer and i’m having trouble connecting it to my phone. i’ve downloaded the app and turned the printer on yet it says no printer detected. any suggestions?

Hmm, I’m not sure. I struggled too, I had to keep googling 😩 I don’t know how to connect it to my laptop and I’ve had it a while haha. Sorry I couldn’t help, let me know if you manage to sort it! I’m going to add a link to my description now, hopefully that helps you out

@@SophieHewlett I was finally able to connect it! I had to download google translator to figure it out haha 😂 I also watched this video that helped me a lot! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2Lp-JL4hZ-M.html He shows the process on how to connect it to your laptop/ computer.
