Very, very helpful. Thank you. I already ran up against problems of overheating and time limits on my Canon R6, so I am spending the money to get around those issues. I already bought the Atomos Ninja V; I will buy the SSD to go with it at Micro Center today (I just checked: there IS a space between "Micro" and "Center"). I will order all the SmallRig cage stuff and a V-mount battery today, too. I am going to be recording a relative in three different Shakespeare plays, and I am tired of video gear problems. I want to set it and forget it. Instead of one giant battery I will probably go with a 95Wh or 99Wh battery so I can take it on planes and then buy a second battery if it looks like I will need it. Thanks again.
I bought everything off your list. And that battery is so heavy. I’m waiting on camera so I don’t have it set up yet but I can only imagine the 70-200 plus that battery = broken back or swoll arms 😂😂
Haha nice! yeah it’s a beast! What’s crazy is that after a couple shoots you’ll barely notice it. Your muscles will build up fast 😂 make sure to use the neck strap. Makes a world of difference
@@CachedOut thanks for the advice. I also used all your links as well. Not for the ninja though. I live close to a pro cam and wanted to show them some support. Only thing I’m really worried about is my strength and endurance. Long story short I had Covid last year and almost died. Laid in a hospital bed for two months. So I had to learn to walk again and my heart runs high now. I get worn out quick. But I really appreciate the video and the direct links to get everything I needed! Much love!
Yeah can you shoot me an email at admin@cached-out.com with a picture of the cage and top handle? It should be just a nato rail on the cage that the top handle latches onto
