ALL these UFA signings (including their own) prove only one thing: The Canucks have LITERALLY ZERO PROSPECTS to take a single roster spot on the NHL team... Not even 3rd pairing / 4th liners... And THAT'S pretty sad.
They have plenty of prospects that could step in and fill NHL roster spots. BUT, WE ARE NOT THE SAN JOSE SHARKS! We have competent management who is bringing our prospects along slowly and properly! It's the opposite of sad!
@@gskeyz2987 if that were so, they'd be filling those insignificant spots with young, cheap players, and signing a legit star, or better 3~4 dman (like keeping Zadorov)... but the fact is, they don't have those competent players to fill these spots. Developing slowly? No, their developing into max AHL players, obviously, as we watch even more of them maturing their way to not being re-signed, or being moved off the team. You're fooling yourself if you think otherwise.
