Back in '91, I was on a 3--day whitewater rafting trip from Moab to Hite Marina--about 100 miles. No, we weren't expert rowers. The guide had a motor on the raft. This trip took us through Cataract Canyon.

What a wonderful video :-) I´ve been to Moab and the National Parks a couple of times between 1992 and 2012 and cannot wait to come back asap. Thanks for bringing back so many great memories and thanks for also showing a little bit of Moab!!

you're welcome! for $25 you can have your own Blu-ray of 1500 miles of Utah's park's while touring the Grand Circle. sorry for the blatant plug but these things are expensive to produce

Great share! It's very helpful to see the drive as shown. Question ... approximately how long does it take to drive from downtown Moab to the visitor center in the Sky District? and from downtown Moab to the visitor center in the Needles District? Thank you!!!

Thanks. From Memory it takes about 30-45 minutes to drive from Moab to Islands in the sky. Google maps will likely be more accurate.
