[75] Playing as the creep I must fight my way through the canyons and over to the heavily guarded base! ▬▬▬▬▬ Twitter: / angory_tom Patreon: / angorytom Twitch: / angorytom Reddit: / yogscast Merch: store.yogscast...
The developers should take note and make it a core part of the next iteration, instead of relying on the community to add the mode back in again. It could also be better optimized, being baked into the engine from the start, instead of trying to shoehorn it in with RPL.
as a reminder for creep success: liberal usage of eggs. they're seriously overpowered bcus you can pop them yourselves. they're intended to be popped by players in a controlled manner when you're against the creep, imagine if they could get to 200+ eggs then obliterate your ass with 100k+ waves all the time oh, also... chain field gen to bring creep generation from the back faster than just with mesh. :)
I like watching tom play this game when I'm going to sleep. Since I don't have the slightest clue as to what's going on, my experience is the same with my eyes both open *and* closed. It's quite relaxing listening to the destruction of computer civilization.
you have to realize you cant hold the area with that black ground, that stuff absorbs AC and C at a high rate, thats probably why the planes are up there, it makes it much harder to take, but taking down the mrift takes out the planes anyway. i think this was a well designed creep map, and it wasnt too stingy on the ern power.
i wonder if there's a map where you play as the creep then when you defeat the final base a new one flies in as 'the cavalry' and then it swaps and you have to play as the normal people against the creep you just won the map with ?
Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 714 Awww a fun episode :D and a really nice map (glad Tom did a shoutout) Also, loved the editing this episode :D
I'm sitting here watching him use directional force things and making egg nukes essentially with his creep thinking if the A.I. could do all of this we would be screwed on maps where we have to be the humans....
Those black dot absorb creeps so you can't really push through them too well, also, those lasers doss have health bar so if you put a field gen on top of the mountain and just target the laser you can kill it very easily
I used to play Quake when I was little. Barely ever did anything in multiplayer but hey at least I enjoyed it a bit XD I was the kind of person who would rocket jump away whenever I want to. Probably shows how well I valued my life total.
So are these maps where you play as the Creeper in the game itself that the community made or is it separated, played enough Tower-Defense games that I'd prefer a more reverse approach to the genre, an Anti-Tower Defense genre (was the name of a flash game where you deployed enemies against a pre-generated map with towers)
