i just love the kyosuke combos because capcom gave him a bit of rival school characteristics by giving him air combos in CVS2...a shame we never got another rival schools game.
I've played the original street fighter 2 ... never got into the Capcom vs Marvel series..... it was just too weird jumping super high and not able to see the enemy below... or the tag team switches... or the powerups that kill you in one shot... This was balanced and had the non sense.... I just bought the game for 5bux for playstation 3 off the sony store online.
This is freaking amazing, great video. How long did it take to learn these combos? I feel like you must have been training this entire time since the game came out in 2001 to be able to do these lol.

These are hard to do but not Code Programed literally impossible. i've personally done like 40% of some of these (i bet my account and favorites on this i just now it's possible), just haven't completed them cause i'm not that dedicated at maing broken combos
As I don't think CVS2 has charge partitioning (where you break up the charging time by throwing a move or dash out in between), I suspect its simply maxing the charge buffering time. So after charging, the stand jabs are being thrown out as the super motion is being completed. The jabs come out really fast and is likely using the max time possible to perform the super and still have the super come out (likely with tool assistance to maximize frames).
Oh ok I had a feeling that's what it was. It's just that I've never seen anyone go for these otg combos in the competitive videos I've seen. I thought these setups would help bump a few characters up in the tier list as well like Maki but I guess not.
bartdude82 Well, most people that play competitively just learn a few combos and stick with those. I only ever see people using OTG moves when they really need damage after a combo. Or to finish off an opponent after a punish.
I know this is late but everyone told you wrong information. There was a glitch in the game where Dan, Rolento, and I think Joe can get OTG thrown during CC.

FlameMasterAD2025 You know batsu made appearance in many games like project x zone and tatsunoko vs. capcom. why not give kyosuke a chance in this game? You're right about batsu. He need to appear more in crossover fighting games.
Yeah you're also right. I just wish this game offered way more Capcom than just Street Fighter. That's what kinda killed this game for me but I love it. Why not add some chars from MvC2 like Strider, Hayato, Commando etc. or even add someone new like Regina.
If you're asking about the Ryo combo where he does sweep to super, that's actually something a lot of characters can do. i.e. Ken can sweep to Shinryuken. All depends on the juggle potential of the super you're trying to cancel into.
Most of these are corner combos and extremely circumstantial setups though. You can't pull off any of these in a real fight or the large majority at least.
BakiSenshi Mostly show case. The biggest problem with this game is his top tier list. Seen too many sagat and A-blanka, sakura, dictator -_- But it's still a great game and it's pretty cheap on PS store
Gendo3s2k The rolento super causes for an animation reset on your character. and its safe and fast so you can extend a combo waaaaaay more than it shouldve
tech throw double reversal glitch. If a throw is tech'd and both players do a reversal strange things happen depending on chars and moves used in the reversal. It is showcased quite a few times here, and is usually how the invisible chars glitch also happens as well as massive projectile supers.
Check the frame data son. All these combos are possible. I saw this video maybe 10 years ago and there was never any debate about it. Some combos require the game to be put on the slowest speed however, so that 1 frame links don't get dropped by the game engine.
