Thank you Skillshare for sponsoring this video.
IT'S THE LAST ONE!!!
I've really appreciated all of your incredible support, comments, and engagement with this series - thank you so much for being a part of it ☺️
This is the final part (6 of 6) of my hike on the Cape Wrath Trail, day 16 and day 17, between Loch Stack and Cape Wrath. I did this hike as part of a challenge that I made up called the Scottish Adventure Triathlon - cycling, paddle boarding, and hiking from the bottom to the top of Scotland.
If you want to know anything about the kit, planning, food, logistics, for this hike... I made a whole separate video on that so go check it out • Hiking 370km on the Ca...
Thanks for watching ☺️

Wow. Just wow! One of the very best Cape Wrath Trail videos. The whole series was, fun, engrossing, emotional and informative. How you managed with that weight of backpack, weather and midges and still kept so positive is beyond me. Congratulations and THANK YOU ❤️

I completely understand your emotions at the end. Ive been pondering this myself lately. I am absolutely the happiest I ever am on the trail. As soon as I come off one, I spend all my time thinking about, planning and researching the next one. I was thinking 'what is wrong with me? Why am I so obsessed?' But you summed it up perfectly; the freedom, the simplicity, focusing on getting from a-b. There is nothing like it. Thank you so much for expressing and sharing that. Loved this series so much and I hope you've found that perfect happiness since.

I watched every second of your adventure from the very beginning and quite frankly I feel like I was there with you all along. Never in my life I would've thought that some youtube video could make me so emotionally engaged. I laughed with you and I cried with you. It made me genuinely sad that the adventure was over. You're absolutely brilliant, brave and funny, I admire you very much and most importantly - THANK YOU for taking me along and making my last few days happier. Greetings from Poland andI wish you all the best!

A great series of Films about your adventures Sarah. I really enjoyed them. That quote from John Muir is so accurate in today's world but you are a fine example of it in action, a free, indominable spirit, free, honest and open and blessed with boundless courage, determination and that secret quality that a lot of People have lost.....Perespective. I'm so glad that you have fallen in love with Scotland whilst still of coure being so rightly proud of your Welsh routes. Please do keep the Adventures & Videos coming. I've just returned from The Outer Hebrides Sarah. You would love it there....stunning Beaches & Hills and Wildlife.....Lovely Bays where you could swim until your Heart burst. Stay well and stay safe my little Celtic Cousin and Thank You. Slainte Mhaith.Rgds-Les x

Outstanding achievement, both the walk itself and the highly entertaining series of films. A stunning piece of work. I know how hard it is and the commitment required to cobble together a half decent account of a walking trip. Unlike my own humble efforts, you absolutely smashed it out of the park! It's been a joy to have followed your journey, Sarah. Walking for so many days AND being able to capture, experience and share so much. Remarkable! :-) I was pleased to see your honest feelings towards the end. I honestly feel that 99% of people omit that, as if they're sociopaths who only feel and express what they're viewers would expect them to. As you say, everyone's experience of a trail will be unique. I loved the scene where you missed the mini bus! But then, how did you get back?

Sarah...just finished watching your Wrath Trail, Scotland series. It was brilliant. Scenery was incredible and your filming and editing was outstanding. Really liked the longer episodes. The real highlight of your series however was your personality and humour throughout. You have such a refreshing way of communicating to your audience. And hats off to you for your perseverance to hang in there, while patiently sharing your personal space for so very long with your beloved companions, the Manic Midges. Excellent job. One of the most entertaining and enjoyable RU-vid series I have seen in a long time. Well done and thanks for your hard work.

What a great achievement, even more impressive for filming, editing and sharing the whole thing with us. Understand your emotion at the end. Shows how strong our attachment with nature is, harsh though it can be. Perhaps most of us don't realise it having lived in urban environments for generations but peoples love of gardens shows it is still there. Not sure that pottering around in a garden will satisfy you for long after an adventure like this though. Thanks and good luck with the next one, whatever that may be......

There is/was absolutely, nothing wrong with crying and feeling that way at the end of an epic journey like that. It’s all the memories you’ve made along the way, it moves the soul. Also, you’ve connected with the land itself, with nature, it doesn’t want to let you go, that’s why you felt that pain. You’re a protector, look at all the times you sort to take rubbish you came across, the land knows this. Get out there, adventure more … it’s calling you, it calls all of us once we’ve experienced it. Great videos.

Great stuff Sarah . A year ago I was diagnosed with a circulation problem in my legs , and to combat it I have invested in a treadmill at home . The problem with that is ,is it is so bloody boring . Your series has inspired me to keep going when the pain is setting in . I have enjoyed the scenery ( even though I live in the highlands myself ) , the songs , your sense of humour , but not the midges . Cant wait to see more of your triathlon , thanks .

Ok so you did make me cry. You’re so right about needing to get out into nature. My husband has just retired so I haven’t done any of my solo tiny adventures in the last 2 months and I’m really missing doing something like this. I’m in the process of morphing my own channel to be more of a retirement theme than solo trips now that he has time to come with me but I must admit, I’m really missing my alone time. I may have to organise some alone/away time. Love your work. Your comical nature really encourages me to be me when filming. The more of you we get to know, the more I love to watch your stuff. Don’t let anyone dampen your glorious spirit! You are so coool! And congrats on finishing your trip.

I just binged watched all your vids over the past few days and feel like I made a new friend, a crazy one but hey we cant have everything haha.. At the end of the Cape Wrath Trail vid I felt sad that it was going to be ages until you are back with another amazing vid. You have a brilliant sense of humour and a special way of looking at life and everyday problems, making you an inspiration to many people on here, so please don't change! So many Utubers plug this n that and are clearly just in it for the money/fame.. its SO refreshing to see someone do something they clearly love doing purely for the love of doing it. Don't listen to any haters they're just jealous of your personality, keep making these vids (preferably daily) and keep us all smiling! Keep coming up to Scotland and keep us all happy and laughing, if not we're gonna find you and drive you up here and keep you for ourselves, we may even feed you choccy to keep you happy and bouncing along like tigger too!!
