La prima parte del video riguarda due movimenti di Capoeira, fra i classici, ovvero la "Mea Lua Trançada" e il "Piao de Mao".
In questo video rivedo i due movimenti in chiave "contact staff" cercando di fonderli insieme e sperimentando alla ricerca di nuove figure nate dall'unione dei due mondi!
L'ultima parte mostra un tentativo di unione fra la contact staff e il "Butterfly Twist" usato nel Kung Fu, più nello specifico nel Wushu.
Il fatto interessante è che, attraverso un movimento base della contact come lo Steve, si possa arrivare al compimento del B -Twist con molta facilità, in quanto i piani di lavoro sono uguali a quelli della preparazione per il salto!

The latest part of this video show a crack to link "Wushu Butterfly twist" and contact movements.
The interesting things is, that a basic trick as "Steve" as in contact, make your way up to the B - Twist much easier, cause the plans are you working on in contact, are the same used to preparing the jump!
