Not a fan of Sandy, but have to point out that she wasn't being mansplained to. The other captain was being a condescending jerk thinking he was more special than their boat. Hating the way videos are titled now.

Not sure where the mansplaning is in this? He called up and raised a safety concern then got pissed off when she shrugged it of with a very unprofessional answer of "we will just deal with it". If she arrived there second then she should have picked somewhere to anchor where there was no risk of the boats getting close to each other.

I think most of this show is real. But every once in a while they fake an interaction like this for drama.

Goodness that other guy was so patronising with his mansplaining and his really patronising disappointment comment.. He sounded very arrogant. I am guessing she has got used to this as women are in the minority in her field. I get the feeling this guy would have approached her differently if she had been male. He might still have asked them if they would mind moving just in case but I somehow doubt in such a condescending manner.
