The kids part is SO REAL. I am in the same boat, I’m 28 also, my hubby is 36 and we are just enjoying traveling and being able to do whatever we want together whenever we want and only have our dog to worry about lol

This is how I know your in such a healthy relationship, things like this should be ok, I recently decided to let go of a toxic/abusive relationship because this is what I needed sometimes & it was just never possible.. so glad to see people in healthy relationships & happy in general!
You mean having alone time out and about right? I know many women (& men) in toxic relationships who their partner is controlling and smothering. They don’t want their partner out by themselves doing things. They accuse them of cheating or of not wanting to spend time with them, etc. I feel terrible for people in that kind of relationship. My husband is my best friend and I love spending time with him but I NEED my alone time. ❤

Have you tried making a healthy version of ice cream? My husband makes one with Greek yogurt and blueberries and it's actually pretty good. He adds vanilla protein powder and it makes it the perfect amount of sweet. For a different flavor he uses Greek yogurt, unsweetened vanilla soy milk, vanilla protein powder and unsweetened chocolate chips. He blends it, a lot, it gets creamy and he puts it in the freezer for a while. He lives the healthy lifestyle, I don't 😂 so I get my real ice cream from the store. 😂
This vlog was so refreshing! Love your pink top you had on in the car. It's prefect for summer. And I am guilty for drinking diet coke every once in a while. I add a lemon or a lime to it.

Seeing old pictures of myself and putting on clothes and them fitting tightly is discouraging. But we can’t expect our bodies to stay the same forever. I recently learned too that our hips get wider after 25 😩
I love these personal vlogs and the gardening tips from Hector! He can also add water to premix soil til slightly damp. Really helps when planting or transferring plants. I use those bags for potatoes and they're awesome! I also want all the tops from TJX lol. So cute! ❤

Awesome replacement for ice cream: Frozen Bananas. Let them get good and ripe, and a little softer than you would normally eat (but not TOO mushy, just really ripe) and then just peel them and put them in a freezer safe container and freeze them. Then you can do one of two things: Use them in a blender like in smoothy mode or just take out and eat frozen! Honestly, I will blend them with some greek yogurt, and Califa Farms Almond Milk with Coconut (or your milk/nut milk of choice) then re-freeze (I like to pour this mix into a silicone popsicle mold or even ice cube tray) and it is the most yummy cold treat that is sweet and cold and is my go-to replacement for ice cream! Hope this helps! 💕
I am people pleaser and I get so burnt out and exhausted. The self care and me time is soooo necessary. I don’t always do that for myself but I need to make it a habit and priority for myself.

Hey girl, one thing that helped me stop snacking so much especially with sweets was the Daniel Fast. It made me realize I was eating out of boredom. Also put into perspective that i dont have to indulge in all cravings i had. It definitely taught me discipline! I will be honest, the intention of my fast was spiritual so all the Glory to God 😇

My hubby and I were just saying the same about our local mall! We only go there for coffee but there's only a few stores active it's depressing. This newer generation probably won't really have that growing up experience we did like hanging with our friends at the mall :/ We also don't like the overcrowded KOP so we also do the outlets 😅

I’m in DE, and we have the Christiana mall which is super nice and has a lot of stores, and then there’s a shopping center across the street with even more great stores like Nordstrom rack, a combo homegoods/marshalls, home sense, ulta, and sooo much!

When I was kid our mall was a open air mall so when it rained you had to walk all the way around to get to other side or get wet , we loved it , small but fun to hang out

I told myself exactly the same a couple days ago Lol but in all seriousness yes this year of course I started strong working out, but with 3 kids and just myself going through a weird journey right now in life, food just got unbalanced again. Im a mom of 3 so Im trying to find the energy for me, besides kids and house work, so Im starting to go for walks again with the kiddos and Ive learned to cherish it more lately instead of stressing getting them ready, Ive never read the bible, raised catholic and went to church, but never actually comprehend the word, now at 30yrs old and I feel the love in the word, understand it so much better even if i have to go over it 3x, so this has been my Me time lately, I quit social media completely this year and trying just to be better and rediscovering myself. Thank you for always being the friend thats comes around in the perfect time.
