Good afternoon Edwin, that's a fine-looking filler job there. I have finally found a source for those English filling knives. Just received two sets Monday. We are a automobile Rebuilder. We rebuild about 4 cars and trucks a month, and sell probably 10 to 12 rebuildable cars and trucks a month. We are really able to use your tips tricks and techniques a lot more than a collision shop can. We sell the completed car, so any ability to save money with your techniques saves our bottom line. We are one of the only shops in a large area here that uses the dent welders to pull dents out of Parts instead of replacing them. Thanks for another great video, you have a great rest of the week. Nice and professional , more metal less plastic ( body filler) . For those who comment saying is to slow or not good . Is the same people the put 3 inches of body filler in panels . Thas not been fast and efficient . Its call butchers . I am not surprised is they are guayanese or Trinidad. This people are the ones who like to do this jobs
anytime you put the da sander will cause some minor waves that are not gonna be an eye sore but if wanting completely strait is all about hand block and some hours

I like the the video but hate the fact that no one is explaining the procedure. Not everyone has the talent, knowledge neither the experience to comprehend everything just watching.
Sorry to bring this up again but i think you should use an air file on your panel is faster and will be straight. But i see that you have your method down like you like. So if it works for you great.
I do know what you mean,somtimes i use a air file to ,in my opinion the surface must be totaly flat for best result by air file.i have vids where i use one i have three different sizes,this job was to round and also hollow for a air file.i will try it soon and then also again on a non flat suface.by machine like i do with p80 you can get it very straight to. Thanks.
From india Sorry to say but the part while not be look as actual after finish. Both layers of body filler are Roughen clearly can be feel by ✋ hands i can teach you how to prepaint and repair the dent. Reply me if want to see my technics.
Con razón es tan caro allá, ponen a una nenita que a parte de desperdiciar material, no sabe lijar rápido y bien! Se nota que cobra por hora y tarda muchísimo.

Los blancos son unos pendejos para poner pasta y para bloquearla yo e trabajado con ellos mucho tiempo y siempre quieren emparejar todo con las lijadoras y quedan todos ondulados los carros y se nota donde repararon por lo regular siempre .
Ill assume u didn't understand that response either. Try evercoat easy sand. Perfect consistency. Not too runny, not too thick like bondo. Self levels too. And you can paint right over it assuming it's a small chip and you properly sand it out for base. Rage gold is good too. Just don't over harden. Took me years to realize it WILL dry as long as it's mixed thoroughly. Patience is key. If you're curious about the filler he used cause his working time seemed long, you over harden your filler.
