Macarons biscuit:
- 133g Tepung almond
- 133g Icing sugar ( A )
- 107g putih telur
-107g caster sugar
- sejumput cream of tartar ( 1 sendok teh lemon juice )
- 20g icing sugar ( B )
Milk chocolate ganache:
- 180g thickened cream
- 190g milk chocolate
- 15g butter tawar
Boil creamnya lalu tuangkan ke milk chocolate nya. Aduk sampai milk chocolate completely larut. Setalah hangat bisa masukan butter sampai well combined. Simpan di dlm kulkas
