This is "Cara Mia Addio", the turret opera from Portal 2, as played by 8 floppy drives.
The MIDI file is being played via 'Moppy', software which translates MIDI into floppy drive notes.

Possibly. It's running the MIDI file from the original Moppy repository, which was added in 2011.
