This is a kind of chocolate cream, in which I will first show you how to cook caramel on cream, then introduce chocolate into them and after that - peanuts.

A simple recipe for Ganache with caramel and peanuts at home.
Products and quantity:
60 g of sugar
100 g cream
30 g butter
100 g milk chocolate (in drops, or finely chopped)
1 g salt (two pinches) - you can not add, as the cream cheese will be salty.
200 g. roasted peanuts
How to cook caramel ganache with peanuts for Snickers cake:
Before making caramel, warm up the cream (bring to a boil).
We send sugar to a saucepan and wait for the grains and burnt golden caramel to dissolve over high heat (stir as in the video).
We introduce hot cream. Be careful! It can splash (especially if the cream has cooled down). Mix thoroughly until smooth.
In the caramel base, add chocolate and salt (salt can not be used, because the cream cheese will also be salty enough). Stir until smooth.
Cool the mass to 30-35 C and add butter at room temperature, mix thoroughly until smooth.
We introduce chopped nuts.
Immediately, while the ganache is liquid, we spread it on cold sponge cakes.
We send it to the freezer until it freezes (so, in frozen form, it will be easier to assemble the cake). But we do not freeze much, otherwise, when assembling on cakes and cream, condensation may appear and the cake may flow later. Caramel ganache with cakes is enough to hold in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
