The 2v manifolds won't work, I wouldn't even do it to test start. I did a four valve swap on a mustang years ago. I used the 4v heads and 2v manifolds and it scorched my heads cam cover and car. dont do it!

Just binged this whole series in the past 3 days. What an insane level of attention to detail, so many times where the average person would've cut corners and you guys have gone the extra mile. Excited to see this build get finished and i hope you guys get the views you deserve soon. Keep it up guys great work

You 2 are the definition of the word....DETERMINATION. I hope you have a meet and greet once you have finished your MASTERPIECE. 10 out of 10 is my Vote👍

Aluminum foil works well for non stick. And put it in a vacuum bag and let it set up under vacuum pressure you won’t have any air bubbles.. carbon fiber is best done the same way

Carbon is a cool feature. That V10 is 700lbs in SOHC form. I have one in my Excursion and have owned several Mark VIIs. If this goes in the LSC, then the challenge will be how you get those tires to hook up.

You guys are geniuses. I can’t remember if the current throttle body set up is better than the old one but if you can get a single blade throttle body (they do make them I believe they were on the lightning and gt500 plus you can get one aftermarket) it may output better performance if the mm is bigger.

"This is the most important part of the build." Yes, the valve covers look cool but, I must respectfully disagree with you guys about that. I think the most important part of the build is making straight, strong, well-cooled, and horsepower-making 4-valve, DOHC heads. I really fear that the present heads will, at the most inopportune moment, malfunction because of insufficient cooling. That will ruin the engine and we will all feel really bad.
