I have the bertello and the halo versa. .the halo is the way to go for me. Although I cook a more ny style than anything else.

strange that there is no comments. To me 700 is way too much what you are getting.There are cheaper better options.

I have had it for 2 years.. actually great build quality and so much better than my old ooni .. also a bit more $ because it’s made in the USA so no advantage of Chinese slave labor .. get it on sale for 550

How do you adjust the oven temp? Can you adjust both the bottom and top flame separately? I big missing feature of the Halo16 IMO.

There are two dials on the back of the oven, one for the bottom burner and the other for the top. That was a huge miss on my part for this video I just realized that shot was edited out! The Halo uses an infrared bottom burner, whereas the carbon uses an actual gas flame, so I think that's why the carbon was able to include a fine tune adjustment. But I agree. I still love the versa for cooking NY styles tho. Launching with the stone temp around 650 seems ideal.

You left out that this oven is designed and built in the USA in California.. a huge plus for me, the stone is thicker than most and the rear burner is very unique and the best I have seen for a rolling flame.. it’s much harder to burn a pizza in this oven than in an ooni
