I have been on a 16/8 protocol and I LOVE it. It fits my binging food personality so well, and I finally feel full again after years of 6 small meals a day. I heard you on Chalene's podcast and related to everything you were saying about a bad relationship with food. I was the starve yourself, then binge on crap "dieter". My cravings are nothing anymore. I can't see myself ever going back to eating around the clock again. Please keep putting this information out! Love it.

Hi Sara, I've been IF for almost 3 weeks now, after your podcast with Chalene Johnson, and its going great!! I've only lost 2 lbs but I can tell the difference in the way my clothes fits. Also, my constant craving for candy us gone!!! Now i can have a piece of candy once in a while without feeling like i NEED to eat the whole thing. Im training fasted (which i never thought was possible) and have been lifting heavier and more effectively, which has cut my gym time from 1+ hour to 35min. Thank you so much for sharing all this info. My next step is saving more carbs for end of my window. You are awesome!! Thank you!!

I've been on this IF thing since Thanksgiving day 2015, and i must say, 'whoa.' i lost about 4 lbs (don't really need to lose), but my arms are defined, i can actually see my toes without looking over my bulging lower tummy, my butt is starting to sit up a little bit more, and skipping breakfast really isn't bad at all. i'm 62 and sooooo grateful that i finally found something that actually works! you go, Sara Girl!

I've been doing intermittent fasting for 4 weeks now and it works. I amazed (and a little scared?) how I stopped getting hungry until later. Thank you for your videos as I have been looking around for more information and motivation!

Hi Sara, I had high cholesterol n triglycerides for past one year, it didn't reduce inspite of me trying any kind of low carb or low fat diet but surprisingly it became very normal within 1 month after I started IF, n also finally I'm starting to lose weight after long time, thanks a lot sara☺

It works! I still feel hunger throughout the day, after implementing intermittant fasting a few weeks ago twice a week. But after working out: boom! The hunger disappears. Fat loss is a fact, and i am fit all day long...Thanks, Sara!

Today was the first day skipping breakfast for me I started watching the videos on intermittent fasting and stumbled onto your channel I really like your videos very informative with the science behind the process carb cycling and that worked really well for me I tried intermittent fasting but never gave it a chance because I work a physical job and thought it would be really hard not having the food I live in Florida in the summertime is really hot tomorrow I'm going to try to push it later today my first meal was at 11:15 I'm going to go for 11:30 or 12 tomorrow

Well, not quite, on nr. 4 - from my personal experience (of eating carbs mostly, these days and for that matter, but I always ate carbs during the day anyway - of course I'm referring to healthy carbs and starches: brown rice, sweet potato, fruit. Yes, even much more fruit than what normally is recommended on the Fitness industry), and sometimes also at night, and taking in consideration the fact that I only eat when I feel hungry or very low on energy - yet, many times I eat after four hours or more. And yet, I wake up and almost never eat right away and I'm fasting (sleep included) for 10, 11, 12 hours because many times my last meal (dinner) is early and I don't eat for four hours prior to bed. Blood sugar's great :)

You did confuse me . I sprinter for almost 20 years . So I need really healthy carbs , can I eat carbs at night ?

absolutely, but not as much as in the morning/afternoon, just keep the carbs at around 15-25% of ur meal

I work at night and sleepduring the day. Should I eat my carbs in the morning before I go to sleep?

I take dinner at 10:30pm .Can I take bullet coffee at 8in morning and eat lunch at 2:30pm will it be intermediate fasting?
