Awesome! I love how you don't force your lifestyle into other people. You're just sharing your story and that's what makes you so approachable! When I told my mother I was ding the IF lifestyle she laughed and said: "Funny how things are. When I was a teen we didn't have much money so we skipped breakfast. So we just had lunch, dinner and sometimes we ate something in between those meals. But after dinner till lunch we didn't eat anything. We were all naturally thin even though we didn't starve. And I didn't miss having breakfast. It was just natural not to eat it. We had to walk EVERYWHERE. And study. And work. And we had the energy to that. Now your generation has the scientific explanations for all those things."

Sara Solomon Wait? What?? You were in Belleville?!? I just now (after watching and doing your videos for months) actually read your biography (short, and long version) and found out you grew up in Belleville! I live in Tweed, a teeny tiny place nearby to Belleville, and I feel like I might as well live close by to some celebrity in Hollywood (um, even though you're now in T.O.)! haha...oh gosh, how cheesy am I, but really honestly, doing your workouts (that kick my butt, and make me laugh while I'm dying btw), and starting to intermittent fast have changed my life! I was doing well getting back into shape and eating well, but finding you gave me that final boost I needed to get some muscle definition and loose that last lump o' weight that was bugging me. I also stopped feeling "bad" that I had skipped breakfast and lunch. Basically, anyone who goes, "oohhhh.....you fast?" with that tone of voice that says, "you're one step away from a full-blown eating disorder!!!!", I tell them to watch your videos and become educated. I'm rambling....I'm RU-vid rambling..... I liked fasting, I tried different approaches for several weeks. But every time I tried, I lost the ability to sleep after a few weeks. I think it's not healthy to be in the fight or flight mode constantly. It always seem to be women who have problems like insomnia or even sometimes weight gain on IF though.

So during the fasting, its just complete no drink, no eat. Or will you alternate natural juicing on those days.
