I've been intermittent fasting for awhile now and I've _mostly_ been IF this week but have been breaking my fast early on some days, (more of a social thing). Want to drop some more fat this coming month so I need to get on the portion control thing and tracking calories again. Thanks for the vid.

Is the bagel chicken mushroom medley sandwich your only meal of the day besides the vegetables yogurt fruit and popcorn, how many calories a day do you eat and how much protein carbs and fat per day? I'm on a high fat high protein diet and I carb load twice a week, works great for me but if I am always looking for the best way. I also have about 3500-4000 calories a day.
