Shadow pally player missed his draw before his 2nd turn, would've drawn into the macha. Apart from that it was pretty entertaining, good to see the new sets out
The 5k was nt wasted,nemain only has 3k power.it needed the trigger to hit successfully.thats why the player did not target the vanguard,but chose the 8k rear guard.also,the other player declared no guard as he/she perhaps did nt think that the other player could get a trigger/did nt wan to guard
Ouch, the Shadow Paladin player evidently had no option for the Grade 2 ride. Skull Witch Nevain in the vanguard circle causes so much problems for attacking and then guarding the next turn. He got off lightly thanks to the heals.
It's almost better to not even ride Nevain, even if she's your only Grade 2. She's so easy to damage at only 3k, about the only benefit you get is having your Grade 3 at the right time but the damage you take from a smart opponent when you ride Nevain can make it not even worth it.
Reasons SP player lost: 1. He played with his hand to much (was anoying) 2. Half his attacks went at the rear guards (Pro tip, you need to inflict damage to win) 3. He didn't have those sweet ass gloves.
@smartguy5546 it is because that sp vanguard is a grade 2 with only 3k attack, it wont be enough for just 3k to kill a grade 1 megacolony, that is why he has to add 5k to vg =-=
damn he rode nemain, times were hard, though his first mistake was riding arinrhod and not guru. guru to vg and witch to get a new draw and guru gets 9 whenever it hits, macha fail was when he got guru instead of chaorn or pegasus or hell another araianrhod to get better draws.
@logicalpopz guarding early is not a bad idea, it allows you to make mistakes later in the game, instead of making mistakes that lose you the game when you are at four damage and get crited
I read the comments before the video and at first as I was a little insulted at how they all say SP only lost because player sucks,I play MC and Ive beaten SP decks way more times than they beat me.... Until I saw the video..seriously,even if nemain's skill could be used in vg it's not fucking worth turning all your opponents attacks into stage 3 monsters,if you did that against Nova grapplers you might have just lost that turn.
