In play style? I would say not at all. However, in terms of lore? Both units being commoners who rose up the ranks and became knights in order to protect people? I would say the two units are similar. But Altmile in terms of play style is very different from Alden.

Ngl Altmile is more similar to Bastion, being that they both are locked to a certain grade requirement, with Altmile being G2 and Bastion being G3.

Alden skill of calling from hand is also pretty similar to blue sky altmile stride skill
