I have this placement, and I resonate with the passion & independence; however, when I really am in love with somebody, I do get very possessive & jealous & insecure, and I very much care about the depth of the bond and getting to know the depth of a person. Once I deeply bond with someone, I have a difficult time letting go and it means the world to me because I often feel misunderstood and I naturally am skeptical of other’s intentions so I don’t lend out trust easily. I have quite a bit of Scorpio in my chart, but there are probably other things going on as well.
I do t relate with the adulterous thing at all. Must be darker versions of this placement. But I relate way more when people describe scorpio Venus as highly dedicated and loyal to their partners
Thanks. This was really insightful and well put. I really value my Venus in Scorpio placement, challenges and ego deaths and all. At least my life is not boring. Everytime I think I hit myself, I grow higher or deeper than I've ever been and it's mystical and sometimes scary, and yes, a bit lonely too sometimes.
I have a Scorpio Venus and this is the best video I have watched! I never have identified with the "possessiveness" and "toxic jealousy" I prefer open relationships and my independence is my top priority. This is one of my favorite placements in my chart because I identify with the intensity of it.
