That's some good advice.I never looked at it like that.Im a subscriber.Ive lost 50 lbs since July and I lost 23 of that last month. No more sodas, junk food, energy drinks, chips, etc, just clean eating and I feel great and I'll be 46 on the 28th of January and I feel great.Keep up the good work.Fire as usual.
I like doing high intensity hill climbs or stair climbs.. If you can find a hill or a parking structure and run up the stairs about 4 or 5 floors and go back down catch your breath let your heart rate return to normal the hit it again. Do 3 to 5 rounds depending on your ability and you can progress. Its an excellent full body workout.. Especially great for legs and butt, melts the love handles.
Or maybe just maybe that mailman was not making healthy low calories food choices? Have you seen a runner, runners and cardio athletes are built different their bodies will retain less fat in order to keep pushing those long cardio sessions
I agree.Your body adjusts to ANYTHING that you make a ritual. You have to change it up.Incline, faster walking or running. Look at cardio as you heart health..the heart is a muscle but we cant take it out and do curls with it so we have cardio. Weight training works the muscles making them bigger stronger faster. Anything that you do that causes exhaling is burning calories. Now where those calories are burning from is going to be the key.Burning carbs mostly will lead to weight loss but loose skin..Burning fat AND carbs will lead to a lean body. Protein helps to repair muscles that were used during exercise. Carbs are needed for brain function. Substitute carbs for healthier ones.Example have sweet potato chips instead of Lays.Progress not perfection.Portion control.Have healthy snacks everywhere. In the car, office, gym bag, purse.Have bottles of water everywhere. This will help you to both not binge and stave off the fast food. Before going to relatives gathering/social gathering/date night..Eat and drink your water...this way you are less likely to socially eat.God Speed.
Keep doing what you're doing ✊🏿 I'm new to your content, but I've been at the same weight for almost 2 years. And I work out no less than 3 days a week. No change weight-wise 🤦🏿♂️ I will definitely be watching more of your videos
It’s yo diet eating higher protein meals not too much carb no more than 50 to 80 grams but the carbs haft to be like sweet potatoes brown rice like that and your fats can be nuts or peanut butter etc
He’s not talking about losing weight. He’s taking about burning fat. Cardio helps you lose weight like he said, but it doesn’t sculpt your body. Weights do that. And healthy diet does that. So he is saying, instead of spending so much time on cardio, the more effective approach is healthy diet and weights. Because that will help you lose weight and sculpt your body by burning fat.
