Welcome to a new sports routine. Today we have a Cardio Progressive Fat Burning routine.
Progressive, since it is composed of 10 different aerobic exercises that will progressively increase in intensity through four different variations. We started without impact, progressively increasing the intensity until the last variation with impact, and between each exercise we have active rest to maintain a constant cardiovascular activity, in which you can also choose whether you want impact or not.
It is perfect for all audiences, those who like the most intense Cardio routines will enjoy it a lot, injecting energy from the first movement and those who are starting or have problems in the knees and can not jump will make the variations without impact throughout sequence.
They are 30 minutes of continuous exercise, which favors the mobilization and loss of body fat. It is important to keep a constant breathing rhythm and not to feel drowning during exercise, if so you must lower the intensity.
