@@PaulEugene 110 bpm would be great. I’m not looking for cardio as much as building legs muscles for skiing this winter. I really think a 110bpm video would suit a lot of older folks whose joints are a bit stiff ( like mine) and who more interested in just doing some movement each day. If after a couple of weeks we find our skills have improved and our body condition has improved then wr can move on to 120-130 or even your 155 march video. Thanks for considering this idea. I’ll be watching for it.
I can only do the seated workouts. Is there any way you could add more tummy twisting, tummy targeted? alot of us wheelchsir users need badly to loose the stomach weight.
