I was surprised by how much this chair workout challenged me! I did it all on a pilates ball-which was extra work, but I did it. I alternated my weights as well. I love the cardio and strength combo! Thank you so much for the variety you provide! 🥰

Love your chair routines. Actually I enjoy your indoor walking, cardio and strength workouts as well. It’s fun to mix and match during the week. I sometimes add your 10 minute workouts to the beginning or end of a longer routine when there is time. I see you have a new wall pilates and am looking forward to trying that out too. Thank you for helping to keep my senior body on track.
