Whew! Did this over 2 days with 10, 8, and 5 lbs weights. Loved it. Glad you are making some workouts with heavier weights, which I need. (Anne - age 68)

I really love this workout, great job Lauren!🙌 I have had or still do have a little bit of diastasis recti so I switch out the mat crunches for dead bugs and I will need to work on getting the Bird Dog move down pat but I'm looking forward to the challenge. 💪
I did this only a couple of nights ago. Found myself tonight at an aquafit/kick box class at the local swimming pool to TECHNO music😅. Lauren you're making me younger 🤣

When you said, “did you see my mistake?” I laughed thinking if you could see MY mistakes! 😂 “you do you” is imprinted on my mind so I’ve learned to chuckle at all my mistakes! I LOVED this workout. Wow. Thanks Lauren! ❤
Liked this workout and was able to almost all of it except anything done on all fours and lying on stomach. Too painful to kneel due to knee replacements. Impossible to do child’s pose due to metal in the knees. Any alternate exercises instead? Use your videos several days a week. 😊

This was a great workout! I did the anti-aging one 2 days in a row and needed this to work out the muscles that needed it. I did the low impact moves and minimal weights but still worked up a sweat. The workouts help me to stand taller and pull in my stomach. At my age there are no core muscles working...hahaha so I'm trying to get those back a little. Also I have sciatica and the workouts are strengthening my back.

This was an excellent workout. I am 76 and used 8lbs standing and 10 lbs on the floor. I will be sore tomorrow 😂. It was hard, but doable, and will get better as I do it more often and learn the moves. Thank you for your outstanding programs. You are the best.❤
