Erik you should sign your card, and have it graded at the national so PSA will have your autograph on file, and it will be a nice addition to your collection for you and your family. Good luck on finding your wish list. Personally, would love to see the 1953 set. Maybe find a good price on the 2011 Mike Trout PSA 10.
I got 2 autographed baseballs of Tony Gwynn. One is PSA/DNA authenticated, and the other is one I got him to sign when I met him. He was the nicest ball player I've ever met. He was such a cool guy, and he was funny, too.
The 54 Aaron is my grail and I'm currently looking for a low grade SGC slab. I'm also trying to complete the team set of the 57 and 58 Braves. I grew up with my father teaching me about the legends of the Braves in Milwaukee and I look forward to teaching my son about them when he gets older.
Great vid! And you will find a lot of the cards you need for the set at the national. I was at the national all day lots of good stuff to be had. Got a Skenes card graded and PSA gave me a 8 smh
Hi Erik. I arrived at the National on Wednesday when they opened and stayed through Friday afternoon. I picked up a 77 and 78 O PEE CHEE Nolan Ryan and a 1935 Diamond Star Carl Hubbell.
I always trying to put the sub sets together on junk wax. My brothers and a few cousins were always competitive. So we enjoyed rubbing it in each other’s faces when we would complete a set before the rest. I always loved Diamond Kings sets.
Awesome video... tysm for all the show and tell. Hey Eric I just saw 2023 Bowman Draft has a new product. Topps Bowman Draft (Asia) Really cool. They has Asia Exclusive parallels (looks like mojos) comes with 1 chrome auto guaranteed plus 12 Asia parallels. 300.00 is not bad.
Lots of complaints about lines and traffic but I went at noon today and entered the west parking lot with no lines. There was a line for the east parking lot but i'm guessing they didn't know about the other entry. For some reason the west building entrance itself was closed which didn't help. As you remarked, go in with a plan, because it is very overwhelming.
