90 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് baby നെ add ആക്കി ഇതുവരെ അത് app ഇൽ വന്നില്ല. No കസ്റ്റമർ care സപ്പോർട്ട് also. .....very bad സർവീസ്.

Sir you can directly contact your agent or manager or branch. They will resolve the issue with in 48 hours of TAT. They will provide you the endorsement letter of midterm inclusion.

I think you talk to me over the phone. You took the policy from Care through a Bank. You mentioned about Mr Arun in the call, and I enqured about him and his team in Care. He was previous state head of Bank Insurance. He and his team left the company after making bundle of trubles all over Kerala. My personal suggetion is, while you are looking for insurance please prefer full-time insurance agents instead of Banks or online websites.

Same company യിൽ പൊതുവേ അനുവദിക്കാറില്ല. Offline ലേക്ക് മാറാൻ മറ്റൊരു കമ്പനിയിൽ നല്ലൊരു പോളിസിയിലേക്ക് പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് എളുപ്പം.
