Hey Daniel As always thank you for the information you provide, I had purchased the sales boost camp course probably a year ago now or so, and never got a chance to redeem the mentoring session (I had canceled on it a few months ago and never rescheduled). I’m trying to reschedule now, but it no longer shows in sales boost camp when I log into your website. I sent an email to your support team but thought I’d include it here as well, hopefully I can still redeem it since I haven’t had the chance to use it yet. One of the best videos yet…right now I am dealing with 2 loans that I cannot get PIWs for…great income, great credit, great LTV…but can’t get PIWs…one can go VA but again, doesn’t want an appraisal
PIW’s are for conventional because VA and FHA insure or guarantee loan they want the appraised value, fyi But if you structure it so they use a cc you are paying off and advise them you can give them that back at closing it’s easier

Always helpful info. Got the program a year ago and it's been very helpful. My mortgage company is now offering solar programs. Do you have any experience with solar? Primarily PPAs over loans/leases.
