No, I haven’t seen so far. You have to pay for it. But you can learn circuit design with other simulators. I have already shared it in one of my video. Good luck!
It is a totally different field. I do not have whether you have science background ot not. Generally people who has science background are successful in this field. Let me know if you have any more question?
Yes of course you can do it but it is a tedious process. you need to design your own courses and need to practice a lot of Circuit design by yourself. Remember chip design requires a lot of skills hence I will recommend you to the masters but learning by yourself in the age of internet it’s not impossible.
@@ramveersinghpal8374 I have done also my Btech in Electrical and Electronics. After that, I joined a transmission line company worked there for two years and then came to Germany for Masters in Microelectronics. I have shifted my focus from Electrical to electronics because I knew at that time that electronics would have more opportunities. Do you want to work in electrical or electronics?
@@chipacharya yes sir I want work in Electronics, but in my college there is no placement company came regarding electrical field. That's why I ask for you some placement oriented courses which help in off campus selection. Plz guide me what I should do nxt? "कृपया मार्ग दर्शन करे 🙏"
Sir, I'm a first year undergrad student pursuing ECE from a Top 10 cllg in B'lore, this yr placements for ece is declined(as no core companies came). If I hv to make my career in ECE, would u plz guide me so as to how shuld i ideally work in the nxt 3yrs as i will be sitting for placements in 2026.i want to earn immediately after 4yrs. I heard that if u want a well paying ece job its necessary to have a MS/Mtech.
You have enough time, so I will say that you should focus on your studies only. Market will be out of recession in 2025 most probably. So do not worry, focus and build up your strength in electronics. Good luck with your studies!
If you are first year student then you do not need to worry about now. You should start concerning after the first year. I mean when you enter in second year.
Both field is great but Vlsi is more than 100 times complex than embedded. I have already shared a video about it. You can also see a detailed post about (Vlsi vs embedded) on my Instagram account -> @mangaltalks
sir is there any career if we dont have access to fab just working with pre made ics and making product out of it. what skills it require except embedded
Yes. what you are talking about is know as embedeed or PCB level circuit design. For expmaple, on PCB level design, one takes the already fabricated IC and then design a product out of it. Is it clear to you ? I can also explain in Hindi if you want 😊
Bhai I did btech in EC ab data science me master kar rha hun. par electronics pasand h . btech k electronic skills par job nhi milti aajkal sab master maangte h@@chipacharya
@@taufeeqkhan2629 Yes, yes sahi bhi hai, because electronics needs more skills isliye masters prefer kerti hai industry. Isliye masters karo to kisi badiya college se.
Hi,im currently doing btech in manufacturing science (which is a sub branch of mechanical engineering ) from one of the top 5 iits. Can i enter in vlsi if i want to? If yes, what should be the ideal roadmap?
Absolutely, you can transition into VLSI with your current background. There are new technology known as MEMS, which combines the mechanical domain and electrical domain. While it's not the most common path, your engineering foundation and strong analytical skills will be valuable assets and I have seen people with your degree in VLSI.
I want to learn about whole of semiconductor in order to do job in any company. I am bba passed. What should I do to change my path towards this technical path??
Sir what should i do after my BSc in physics to pursue this field? Also it would be helpful if you could give some insights on the income prospects in this field.
Yes, you can make your career in semicondutor industry with Bsc in Phyics. Msc is prefered by the industries. I have also about this on my Instgram page (search @mangaltalks). If you do not find it or not using Instagram let me know, I will share it here.
Here is my another reply. Semiconductor devices are fundamental components of modern electronics, and physicists play a crucial role in their development and manufacturing. Here are some options for pursuing a career in the semiconductor field after completing your BSc in Physics: 1.Master of Science (MSc) in Physics or a Related Field: An MSc can provide you with in-depth knowledge and specialization in a specific area of semiconductor physics, such as materials science, device physics, or nanotechnology. 2.Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Engineering: An MEng can provide you with a more practical and hands-on approach to semiconductor technology. This can be beneficial if you are interested in working in semiconductor manufacturing or design. 3. Direct Entry into the Semiconductor Industry: Some companies may be willing to hire BSc physics graduates with strong coursework in semiconductor-related subjects.
First you have to know that Chip fabrication is done in “Foundry”, (search about it ) Secondly, does chip design you can use any Spice simulation like LTspice, Hspice etc. There is video about that also in my playlist “chip design” I’m companies we mostly use Cadence or Menor graphics for Analog circuit design . Do you any more info?
Sir I had just completed my sem exam i got vlsi design in this sem i understood little bit but I'm interested in vlsi but I don't have interest in making chip or backend of chip designing, can I start frontend netlist coding and also I have big doubt that can I get same package as backend designer and also I need your advice please reply to me😄😄😄😄
In VLSI future is very bright so please focus on your studies and later think about roles. For your information mostly DESIGNERS are highest paid but I have seen verification guys also earn quite good amount of money.
Hi, I'm a 12th pass out. I too want to make a career in semiconductor design industry. Which branch of BTech is suitable for this? I'm confused between ECE(Electronics and Communication Engineering) and EEE(Electrical and Electronics Engineering). Could you please help me?
It doesn’t even matter on bachelors level which branch/degree you take as long as it’s related to electronics. industry prefer master degree students in VLSI. So take whatever branch you like 👍
@@Zjisidbsududb Generally, in VLSI mostly master students are preferred for Chip design and bachelor degree holder are less poupular. As per my infor bacholrs get between 8 -10 lacs per annum.
Then you should work on fundamentals . I have already given a lot of tips in my videos . But if you need personal counselling then there is a small fee for that.
Maine Germany se master kiya hai, yaha par campus placement nahi hota hai. Khud apply kerna padta hai. No spoon feeding! I have already shared about the package in previous video. Kindly check the post.
Bro I did my diploma and Engineering in Electrical field . So I'm eligible for vlsi is yes then? I passed out of 2022 from passed out currently I am preparing for state technical exams does my gap affect during placement , do you recommend any good institute for Vlsi
VLSI industry is going to boom upcoming years. There will be a lot of jobs in this field so in my opinion gap should not affect your placement if you have good understanding of subject. Companies are always in search of Good engineers . All the best!
@@Nelophile it will be hard for you then because usually all kind of job profiles in VLSI requires to sit in front of computer or in labs to see tiny components. So it’s really difficult with low vision.
@@chipacharya Sir I am EEE graduate currently preparing for GATE and I have very low vision in my one eye and full in one eye. What domain should I choose for my masters or even if I look for job.As they are not allowing for any govt technical jobs.Whay should I Do ? Wont the shipping charges be higher than the product itself? Could you do a video regarding the procedure for ordering fabrication abroad or other better ways for fabrication
