First of all he completed his graduation in bcom, Then took admission in SAVITRIBAI PHULE PUNE UNIVERSITY on the entrance basis, Then he completed his MBA MARKETING in 2017, And through the campus placements he got the job. His 1st package was rs 14 LPA and + 1 lakh joining bonus, And now he is earning near 25 LPA...

u don't hv to do MBA if u have financial problems coz MBA is really very costly 1st u should search for a decent paying job and earn money so that u can pursue MBA from a decent college... u should go for CA too but it will take lot's of time

Hi Arijit you can still do mba if you get a very good college. Even poor people can easily do it (only if they make to very good colleges). I repeat people from any economic background can easily do mba if they get a top tier college. All top banks of India provide scholar loans without any collateral which covers fees and your 2 year living costs. You don't constrain yourself bcoz of financial conditions. And you can easily pay back loan as from top bschools you will get 20 LPA package. I am regretting knowing this after four years of graduation. People from my class with same intelligence as me did MBA from IIM Trichy, IIM indore, FMS , SJSOM, Sydenham(in Mumbai) And I kept looking for core job after BE in Mech instead of conveniently accepting an IT job. I had 126 marks in JEE and am an OBC better marks than all my classmates who went for mba from these bschools. Now I regret after knowing the financing options after talking to them. For eg I will tell you you can get upto 20 lakh loan approved without collateral for FMS and JBIMS and for good IIMS you can get upto 40 lakh loan approved without collateral which can easily cover your fees and living costs both for you and your parents. Check Shweta Arora MBA financing options video on RU-vid. MBA is not bad in all terms. You are so lucky you have relatives and neighbours who are encouraging you to do higher studies. It is so rare unlike me despite being academically good I got influenced by other people to work part-time coaching etc which messed my academics and college placements. Didnt take IT job I got and went for core job hoping better growth after realising I don't have interest in it when I expressed to people they said struggles hardwork and adjustments will prepare you for future and this experiences will get you good salary in future. After working for couple more years I saw people with 10-15 years experience with not so good salaries and my friends from CS are matching their salaries with 3 year experience felt so shit after realising reality was completely opposite of what I had perceived and what my relatives and other people around had brainwashed me to think. I have finally quit my low paying hard ship based core job and looking for job in Data Science and after getting one I will try my best for an MBA. For your info I am only earning member in my family my father passed away after 1 year of my graduation 😔. Please try for an MBA don't constrain yourself just bcoz you are not privileged. I can see your case is very close to mine. You still have a lot of time. I am already 25 and guess what my relatives are saying now get a job fast from next year we will have to look for prospects for my marriage. My life has become hell now just bcoz I didn't plan to do higher studies at the start for not having a privileged background. A lot of my classmates have well off girlfriends when I see their life on social media I cannot express what I go through.

And Varun has himself said he values MBA from Top tier colleges like IIMs and other. He has said Top tier MBAs are real and all others are just scam.

Not doing MBA doesn't equal quitting *career. This short only implies just doing an MBA for the sake of it from a tier 3 college doesn't make you successful. There are many ways to become successful with only graduation if you develop in demand skills from online courses. Yeah mba from top 50 bschools does guarantee you success.

@@Alexisgolu if you think that you will work harder to get a better rank and percentile, it's worth it. Focus on your strong topics, invest more and more time in studying by leaving all the distractions and be consistent(There is no other trick to get a high score in jee because you have to work hard). It's better to get admission in a good engineering college if you really want to do that only otherwise there are other jobs like date science and trust me, it's the future. Search about date science. I do understand that engineering is not for everyone but if you want to do that only, choice is yours because wasting time can be frustrating

But i believe 86 percentile is not very good score nor very bad, it is an very average score, so should I opt for colleges on my jee rank? I am not thinking of placement but college faculty plus crowd matters me most, no worries if placement is little less.

Yes this is my repeated year. Actually I scored 84 percentile in 22 , scored 38 in my 2022 advance (cutoff was 50 for gen ews). I was ill and also ruined my drop year and scored only 86 percentile, I have potential of 95 percentile scorer but my dad won't let me take another drop, he had told me to get a college on my jee percentile, private or public doesn't matter. But I am passionate for nits I will give mains 3rd time but won't tell my dad ,I just want Nits . I am getting top state government colleges also private colleges but my main aim is to conquer mains another time. So should I go for state government colleges or private ones ? Both have same placement but state government has very bad teachers who don't want to teach but that is not case with privates one . I am confused about colleges ,also I am getting Kalinga and vit vellore in category 2 but I can't afford vit or kalinga. Please advise me

If you're going to do MBA from tier 2&3 colleges you'll definitely going to do all this things But tier 1 colleges can land you at very good companies if you're interested in job btw just don't make big desision of life while scrolling
