This video is highlighting a blog post that I wrote and addresses a common question I get from #caregivers that want to help their loved one or care recipient improve their posture and stand up "straighter" (if that's actually a word).
Unfortunately, while there are some advantages that the #uprightwalker has, it's not necessarily going to improve someone's posture just because the handles/arm rests are raised higher.
This blog post goes into why a person may have stooped or poor posture as a result of being relatively sedentary over time.
